Built as a residential house in the first half of the 19th century, the building is in origin probably a great deal older. The residential part of the house is designed in traditional Classicist style. The two stained-glass windows in the back room originally contained two images of etchings by Rembrandt and two representations of paintings by Jan Steen. The fireplaces on the ground floor are decorated with highly special tiles by Royal Delft.
he property currently hosts activities focusing on spiritualism and personal development.
