Former TU building, built in 1923 for first-year students of the Department of Chemistry. Designed by Chief Government Architect J.A.W. Vrijman. Above the entrance, the name of the building is written in a ceramic tableau; In the gable tops, tableaux depicting molecular compounds. The stairwell, clad in multicoloured building ceramics by Royal Delft, is lit by stained glass windows depicting chemical instruments. In 1924 student apartments were created in the building.
